How we work . . .

The first step is to schedule a Discovery Meeting with one of our M&A representatives. We will confidentially connect with you and explain the sell-side or the buy-process in depth.

An NDA will be in place prior to the next step which would be a one hour Discover Meeting. In this meeting the buy-side will outline their acquisition strategy and identify an acquisition target.

The buy-side will introduce their company with the objective of creating an Executive Summary: an in-depth summary of their company.

Once we make a match, we will always present the opportunities to the buy-side first, asking their permission to make an introduction to the sell-side client.
