What is your process?

RPS has a dedicated research department that will canvass a 20-year database which stores profiles of top-level talent in your area. If we cannot find the right fit, we initiate a confidential recruiting search in your market. We never disclose the name of your company until a solid candidate is identified and ready to make a move.

How do you find your people?

The first conversation with a business owner or hiring manager is the first step in finding top-talent. We will ask you to identify exact specifics as to who you are looking to hire. We will ask in depth questions regarding the specific skill set, geographic location as well as anecdotal questions regarding your company culture and what temperament would be the right fit.

Once we identify the specifics of your need and a partnership agreement is signed, we initiate a recruiting search of your geographic area.

Are you a staffing agency?

No, we are a recruiting firm dedicated only to the Restoration Industry. We work on a contingency basis which means you only pay a fee when we make a placement.

What happens if we hire somebody before you send us a qualified candidate?

You are never obligated to RPS financially unless you hire a candidate that we send to you.

Your office isnt located in my area can you still recruit for us?

Absolutely! We have a seasoned staff who can recruit in all metropolitan areas in the U.S

How long does it take to find someone?

RPS will initiate your search right away. The process can take any where from 2 weeks (which is rare) to 3 months for higher level searches. There are times when we cannot find the individual you are looking and will always relay to you when we have exhausted the search
